1.1. This website under the domain www.omneslegal.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) is owned and operated by Omnes Legal being the trading name of A.I. Charatsis - V.I. Stasinopoulou Law Firm (hereinafter referred to as “Omnes Legal”, or “Omnes”, or the “Law Firm”). Omnes Legal is an incorporated partnership of Lawyers regulated by the Greek Presidential Decree No. 81/2005 and Law 4194/2013, as currently in force, having its registered address at 7, Alexandrou Noutsou Str., 117 44 Athens, Greece, duly registered with the Athens Bar Association.

1.2. Any views expressed through this Website or through any social media controlled by Omnes or any articles or other contributions published elsewhere do not constitute a legal advice and no responsibility is undertaken in this regard. Further disclaimers and liability limitations can be found below.

1.3. All references to “our”, “us”, or “we”, in these herein are deemed to refer to Omnes.

2.1. This Website is governed by the present Terms of Use and the Policies of Omnes (such as the GDPR Policy and the Cookies Policy, together referred to as the “Notices”), regardless of how you access the Website. Your access is subject to all the applicable laws, rules, regulations and the Notices. Please read the Notices carefully before you start using the Website.

2.2. We may provide users of the Website with access to general information about our Law Firm, and to relevant material or services, such as:

(a) newsletters, blogs, legal updates, articles, attorney profiles, event details, videos, photos, text, data, etc. and/or

(b) event registration, subscription management, research tools, video players and links to third-party Websites.

4. Services to registered users

4.1. To access certain material and/or services of our Website you might be required to sign-up and sign-in. You can log in to the electronic services either as a natural person or as an Organisation after having been registered properly.

4.2. When registering, Omnes only receives basic identification information that you provide. The information provided during the registration may be modified in your profile tab.

4.3. As a registered user, you retain sole responsibility for any action carried out through your account. For this reason, you must ensure the security and confidentiality of your personal passwords and not notify them to third parties. 5. Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights

5.1. All the information, content and material on this Website and all copyright and other intellectual property rights -such as text, design, logos, images, videos, audio, text, etc.- (the “Content”) is protected as proprietary rights under applicable copyright and trademark laws and the international copyright conventions.

5.2. Our trade names, logos, service marks, any trademarks, and all the content of our Website marked as such are property of Omnes. All other trade names, trademarks, service marks and logos on our Website not owned by us are the property of their respective owners.

5.3. The use of any content without our (or the owner’s) explicit written permission/consent is prohibited. You may not use our trademarks and service marks in connection with any product or service and/or in any manner that is likely to cause confusion. Nothing in this Website should be considered as granting license or right to use any of the copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights content.

5.4. Unauthorised use of our Website is subject to civil and criminal penalties.

5.5. You are permitted to use our Website as follows:

These present Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Greek law and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Athens.
